Privacy

This notice covers the kink website and the orders you place on it: what we collect, why, who else sees it and how long we keep it.

Who is responsible

บริษัท เอเจนต์สยาม จำกัด (AgentSiam Co Ltd) operates kink and is the data controller for this site. For anything in this notice, including any request below, email hi@kinkdrink.co and a person will answer.

We handle every request by email. The address above reaches us and is monitored.

What we collect, and only when you give it

Nothing on this site asks who you are in order to read it. You can browse every page without giving us anything. We collect personal data only in the places below.

• Notify me. Your email address, and the format you asked about. That is all the form has.
• Contact. Your name, email address, a subject and your message.
• For venues. Your name, your venue's name, your role, your city, your email address, what kind of venue it is, how many sites you have, what you would use kink for, and anything you write in the message box.
• Stocking kink. Your business name and what kind it is, your city, how many outlets you have, who you sell to, where kink would sit, and your email address.
• Checkout. Your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, your LINE ID if you give it, any note you add, what you ordered and how you chose to pay. If you pay by card, you type your card details into Stripe's own form on our checkout page: they go to Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.
• Marketing emails. Only if you tick the box and subscribe on your order confirmation: your email address, your order number, the words you agreed to and when you agreed. Order emails, such as your confirmation and receipt, reach you whether or not you subscribe.
• Payment slips. If you send us your transfer slip on LINE or by email, it shows your name, part of your account number, the amount and the time of the transfer.
• Your cookie choice. Whether you accepted analytics. See below, because it is stored on your device rather than sent to us.

If you message us on LINE or reply to an email, we hold that conversation too, in the same way any business holds its correspondence.

Why, and on what basis

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act we rely on four things. Your consent for the notify list, for marketing emails and for analytics, which you give by submitting the form, ticking the box or pressing accept, and which you can withdraw at any time. Our legitimate interest in replying to you when you contact us or ask about supplying your venue, because you wrote to us and a reply is the point. Our contract with you when you place an order: we need your name, delivery address and phone number to deliver it, and your email address to send you the payment details. Our legal obligation to keep the accounting records of each sale.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not build profiles about you.

What is stored in your browser

One thing, by default: kink.consent.v1, which records whether you accepted analytics so we do not ask again on every page. If you put something in the bag, a second one appears, kink.cart.v1, holding the sizes and quantities so the bag survives you changing page. While you check out, kink.checkout.v1 keeps what you have typed so that changing language does not lose it, and it is deleted when you place the order. After you order, kink.lastorder.v1 keeps your order number and payment details so the confirmation stays on screen in either language. If you subscribe to our emails there, kink.news.v1 remembers it so the confirmation does not ask again. Those three last only while that browser tab is open. All of them stay on your device, and none is sent to us.

Nothing else. Until 08/09/2026 a third key kept a copy of any email address you had submitted through a notify form. It served no purpose, so it is gone, and the site now deletes it from your browser the next time you visit.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies. If you decline, it is never loaded and sets nothing.

Analytics, and it is off until you say otherwise

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read. Nothing is loaded and nothing is sent until you press accept. Decline and the site records nothing at all about your visit, including the fact that you declined.

You can change your mind at any time, and it takes one click. Cookie choice at the foot of every page reopens the banner and asks again. Withdrawing has to be as easy as agreeing, so we did not make you go and find it in your browser settings.

Who else sees it

• Google, twice over and for two different reasons. Anything you send us through a form, and every order you place, is recorded in a record we keep with Google, so that we can answer you and keep track of it. That happens whatever you chose about analytics, because it is how we receive the message rather than how we measure the site. Separately, Google Analytics runs only if you accepted it. Google processes both outside Thailand.
• Stripe, if you pay by card, which processes the payment and receives your card details, email address and the amount, under Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Resend, the service that sends your order emails, which receives your name, email address and the order details the email needs.
• LINE, if you choose to message us there, including a payment slip you send, under LINE's own privacy terms.
• The delivery company that carries your parcel, which receives your name, delivery address and phone number.

Nobody else. A transfer goes straight from your own bank account, so no payment provider sees it, and no advertising network is involved in this site.

Leaving Thailand

Google, LINE, Stripe and Resend process data outside Thailand. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers publish for international transfers. Declining analytics stops Google measuring your visit, but it does not stop a form or an order you choose to send from reaching Google on its way to us, because that is how the message reaches us at all. If you would rather nothing of yours went outside Thailand, email us directly at hi@kinkdrink.co instead of using a form.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can withdraw a consent you gave. You can object to us using your data on a legitimate interest basis.

Email hi@kinkdrink.co. We answer within 30 days and there is no charge. If you ask us to delete your email address from the notify list, we do it and we do not keep a copy.

How long we keep things

• Notify me: until you ask us to remove you, or until the format you asked about has launched and we have told you.
• Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop. Reply to any of them, or write to hi@kinkdrink.co.
• Contact, venue and stocking enquiries: as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it. Only our own team can open that record.
• Orders and payment slips: for as long as the law requires us to keep the accounting records for that sale.
• Analytics: for the period configured in Google Analytics, which is capped by Google rather than chosen by us per visitor.

These periods become specific in the fuller notice that replaces this one. If you want your data gone before then, ask, and it goes.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 20. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions and orders go to records that only the two people who run kink can open.

Complaints

If we have not put something right, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. We would rather you told us first, at hi@kinkdrink.co, so we can fix it.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when what we do changes, and this page always shows the current version. Last updated 20/09/2026.
