How and when kink reaches you.
kink ships anywhere in Thailand.
Delivery is a flat 39 THB per order, and free on orders of 500 THB or more. The charge is shown in full at checkout before you place your order, so there is never a charge you did not see.
We dispatch once your payment is confirmed. We confirm transfers by the next working day and ship straight away. Delivery times after that are the courier's estimates, not guarantees.
kink comes in glass. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the bottle before you unpack any further and email us at hi@kinkdrink.co. Those photos are what we need to put it right and to make a claim on the courier. See Returns.
Please give us an address where someone can take the parcel, and a phone number the courier can reach you on. A wrong or incomplete address is the most common cause of a late parcel, and we cannot change an address once the parcel is with the courier.
If your parcel has not arrived 7 days after dispatch, contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier. If it is genuinely lost we will replace it or refund it in full.
We are not liable for a courier delay outside our control, including flooding, extreme weather or a road closure. If a delay makes the order pointless to you, you can cancel it and we will refund it. See Terms, section 14.
Case and pallet orders are quoted with their own lead time and delivery arrangement, which are set out on the quotation. Chiang Mai venues, ask us about direct delivery. The For Venues page has the contact form.
