Ingredients
- kink ginger concentrate45 ml
- Pineapple juice60 ml
- Coconut cream30 ml
- Lime juice10 ml
- Ice, pineapple leaf to garnish
Method
- Add kink, pineapple juice, coconut cream and lime to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for ten seconds until frothy and chilled.
- Pour over fresh ice into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf. Sip.
