- kink ginger concentrate30 ml
- Fresh Thai lime juice15 ml
- Pinch of cayenne, optional
- Ice, to chill
Method
- Stir the kink and Thai lime juice together over ice.
- Strain into a small glass.
- Add the cayenne if you want it to bite.
