kink Espresso Soda

Method

1. Pack a tall glass to the top with ice.
2. Shake the bottle, then pour in 30 ml kink.
3. Pour 90 ml cold soda slowly down the inside of the glass, then lift once from the bottom with a spoon.
4. Pull a shot of espresso and pour it slowly over the back of the spoon, so it sits on top.
5. Stir once before you drink. Taste, and add 15 ml more kink if you want it sweeter.
