Ingredients: 30 ml kink ginger concentrate; 60 ml Blended Scotch whisky; 15 ml Fresh lime juice; 10 ml Honey; Ice; Smoky single malt, a few drops, optional

Scotch, honey, lime and ginger, shaken hard. A bar classic, with the ginger already done.

Ingredients

kink ginger concentrate30 ml
Blended Scotch whisky60 ml
Fresh lime juice15 ml
Honey10 ml
Ice
Smoky single malt, a few drops, optional

Method

Shake the kink bottle. In the shaker, stir the honey into the kink until it dissolves, before anything cold goes in.
Add the Scotch and the lime juice, fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
Strain into a short glass over one large piece of ice.
Taste. Add 5 ml lime if it is too sweet.
If you have a smoky single malt, float a few drops on top.
