kink Mule

Ingredients

• kink ginger concentrate30 ml
• Vodka or gin45 ml
• Fresh lime juice15 ml
• Soda water60 ml
• Ice, mint, optional

Method

1. Fill a copper mug with ice.
2. Add the kink, the spirit and the lime.
3. Top with soda and stir once.
4. Slap a sprig of mint between your hands and drop it in.
